STEP 4: Have your health assessed using the Tanita BC-545 scanner that will look at your body fat and muscle mass per body part, water %, bone mass, weight, visceral fat, metabolic age and BMR. What type of trainer am I?... I'm not the stereotypical drill sergeant type of trainer that most people think of when they think about someone training them. Shouting and screaming at someone is not what I'm about, I am there to motivate you not demoralise you. Don't be intimidated by that stereotype! The reality of getting in shape... The act of hiring a personal trainer does not automatically mean you achieve your goals! You have to put in the hard work and dedication to do this. You may see celebs who have personal trainers and think that these PT's made it easy for them... WRONG! I guarantee to you that these personal trainers beasted those celebs so they got quick results for the camera's. I'm not going to be as bad as that, but I will expect you to work hard each and every session and take on board all the advice I give you. Beginning exercise is a lifestyle change not a quick fix so beasting you for 6 weeks only isn't the idea, it's to help you change for the better over time.
